Our Strategy

• Focus on a major issue, become expert and make a significant impact. PEF has started with the NEETs (young people not in education, employment or training) issue
• Build a portfolio of charities specifically addressing this NEETs issue
• Engage, on a pro bono basis, the skills of the PE industry to help these charities become world class
• Apply the tools and techniques of the private equity industry to drive value, impact and results
• Target medium sized charities where:
  Our money can be an agent for transformation, growth and replication
  We can help develop an exceptional organisation, management and a sustainable financial model
  There is an openness to our engaged, active governance model
