Private Equity Foundation 1

Private Equity Foundation 1 Inc. is the Private Equity Foundation’s independent non-profit sister organisation in the USA.  PEF 1 shares the charitable goals and charitable investment approach of PEF and supports its charity portfolio. Donations to PEF1 are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The Board of PEF 1 makes its own independent investment decisions. Currently, the board invests in and supports the charity portfolio of PEF as well as considering other charities outside the portfolio.

The Board plans to continue to work as closely as possible with PEF, sharing information and research and making joint investment decisions.
